Religious Instruction at Haden State School

Program of Religious Instruction
Haden State School
Legislation provides that within a specific regular time period. Approved instructors are able to gain right of entry into a State schools to provide instruction to develop and support particular beliefs, values and attitudes. Religious instruction only occurs in accordance with legislation and departmental policy and involves specific school events, which have religious, spiritual and/or ethical content, are inclusive and occur in accordance with departmental policies.
Religious instructors are:
1. accredited by clergy and have approval letters signed by the school principal;
2. hold blue cards; and
3. have been provided with, and work within the guidelines of Haden State School Policies.
A Cooperative Arrangement occurs for Religious Instruction at Haden State School. This involves all students nominated to participate in Religious Instruction.
